昨今の研究不正頻発により、文科省から研究倫理講習が義務づけられました。
研究倫理eラーニング講座CITI Japanの受講を来年２月までに完了ください。２月末に受講修了証を提出いただきます。
留学生用に英語版も用意されています。パスワードは(7/29)付けで小川先生から各教授に送付されています。
また、２月末の受講完了を前提として、３月３日火曜12:00から市川家國先生（信州大学特任教授）の特別講義を行います（水曜でなく火曜です）。
市川先生はCITIの作成を主導された方で、理研の外部改革委員も務められたので、STAP問題についてのお話も聞けるはずです。アメリカに23年おられた方 (バンダービルト大学 内科小児科教授）ですが、今回は日本語での講演をお願いし、留学生のために同時通訳をつけます。HIGO programの一環として広く周知し、薬学部にも中継します。CITI受講完了を前提とした講義をお願いしていますので、必ず受講の上、講義にご出席ください。

Dear all,
According to the recent disclosures of research misconducts, the MEXT, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, decided to impose a course of research ethics on researchers. You should complete the CITI Japan, the ethics course on e-learning, until the end of the next February. Then, you are supposed to present a certificate of the course. You can get your password to login the e-learning course from your supervisor.
On the assumption that you will have finished the course until the next February, we have invited professor Iekuni Ichikawa, who play a leading role in producing the CITI and also worked as a member of external committee for re-organizing RIKEN after the STAP incident, to have his special lecture about the research ethics. It will be held from 12 O’clock, 3 March. His talk will be in Japanese but simultaneous interpretation in English will be available.
You are supposed to complete the course and attend the lecture.
