\Why did you decide to study at IMEG?
When I was in America three years ago, I read about IMEG on the Internet. I learned it was famous for transgenic mice and I decided to study here after finishing my work in the U.S.A. |
 |
\Are you satisfied with your study environment?
I am very satisfied. IMEG has very modern facilities and I have free use of the equipment for my research. I really appreciate it during research. Also, my professor and colleagues are very thoughtful and friendly, and whenever I need help they are there for me. I really enjoy my time at the laboratory. |
 |
\What do you do when you feel frustrated?
Usually, I think about it and get over it by myself. If I am unable to do so, I talk to my friends or read books to get an advice. |
 |
\Do you like Kumamoto?
Yes. The air here in Kumamoto is fresh and clean. Also, the people are polite so it is a very pleasant place to live. I really like the fact that I can walk the streets even in the midnight and be safe.
Kumamoto is a gtypical Japanese townh and I quickly got used to the lifestyle. |
 |
\Do you have a favorite place?
I often go to the Yamada electrical store to see things like personal computers and digital cameras (laughs). I usually go shopping for food and household goods on weekends. I can recommend the Cosmos drug store which also sells cheap food (laughs). |
