Lecturers Shunsuke Tanigawa and Tomonori Koga have both moved to new positions as professors. Dr Tanigawa has moved to the Research Institute for Cell Design Medical Science (RICeD) at Yamaguchi University, and Dr Koga has moved to the Division of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Kanazawa University.
A farewell seminar was held for them on 16 March, 2026, where we heard about their research achievements, the challenges they faced, and their future aspirations. The event was a great success, with 75 attendees on site (plus 10 via Zoom), and some people even listened from outside the venue. We would like to thank them for their contributions to IMEG and wish them continued success in their future endeavours.
