Fourteen high school students from Ikeda Gakuen in Kagoshima visited our institute. The program included the following:
– Presentations on their research conducted as part of the Super Science High School Initiative
– A lecture by Professor Ryuichi Nishinakamura on kidney development and organoids
– A demonstration of kidney organoids and state-of-the-art equipment by Dr. Shunsuke Tanigawa
– A talk by Daisuke Inoue about life as a graduate student
The students clearly articulated their opinions, and their presentations were excellent. We hope they found the visit helpful.
