This lab started on Jan 16, 2004. We focuson mokecular mechanisms of kidney devolopment and derivation of kidney progenitors from stem cells. We also study other stem cells, including embryonic stem cells and primordial germ cells.

(Our previous lab, The Division of Stem Cell Regulation established by AMGEN in 1995, was closed in Mar.2006.)
